Film report from IWA OutdoorClassics 2024 (Polish subtitles available)
What's new?
New arrivals from Slovakia
Grand Power continues to expand its range of both handguns and long guns. At the IWA OutdoorClassics 2024 trade fair, the manufacturer presented the entire catalog, including semi-automatic pistols, carbines chambered for pistol cartridges, and semi-automatic rifles (AR-15).
One of the manufacturer’s most recognizable designs – Stribog pistol caliber carbine – is available in several cartridge versions
ARAQ47 – fusion of East and West
ARAQ47 is a novelty in the family of rifles from the Slovak manufacturer. Chambered in 7.62mm x 39 ammunition from AK rifle magazines, it utilizes a short-stroke piston mechanism. Solutions from the GP15M were borrowed in its design – the adjustable gas system is available after removing the easily replaceable stock. It is a far-reaching development of Stoner’s solutions, designed with enthusiasts of the Soviet cartridge and piston system in mind. According to the manufacturer, the ARAQ47 is proposed as a worthy successor to the Sa vz. 58.

New pistols – following the trends
The second novelty is a new family of semi-automatic pistols, chambered in 9mm x 19 Parabellum ammunition. The P24 and LP24 models operate on the principle of using short recoil of the barrel with a link-less locking system.
Practical P24 with hybrid dimensions, characterized by a long grip and a compact lock
The sporty LP24 with a longer slide assembly and adjustable rear sight
he trigger pull resistance (for the striker mechanism) is approximately 1.6 kg. It accepts Glock 17 standard magazines (two included in the set). The grip is sleeker in comparison to the rest of the Grand Power products and can be adjusted using interchangeable backstraps. As befitting today’s standards, a red dot sight mounting socket is located on the slide, attachable with base plates.
Advertising cooperation: The official distributor of Grand Power in Poland is Incorsa.
