On Wednesday, September 3, 2025, the second day of the 33rd International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO in Targi Kielce, the Polish company Huta Stalowa Wola (HSW) signed Annex No. 1 to the Investment Agreement of June 29, 2023 with Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ), increasing the amount of capitalization provided from the Capital Investment Fund.

The annex increases the capitalization amount to a total of 1,242,000,000 PLN for the implementation of an investment project aimed at expanding the company’s sales potential through the expansion and modernization of production facilities, an increase in production capacity, and the acquisition of external resources. The total value of investment outlays will amount to 1,371,785,000 PLN.
It is worth recalling that in June 2023 HSW received funding of 664,700,000 PLN from the Capital Investment Fund, of which the company contributed its own share of 64,700,000 PLN.
