Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2025. For this occasion, the booth of the Radom small arms manufacturer was arranged to showcase the company’s achievements – from its earliest designs to its latest prototypes. Undoubtedly, the most important premiere was the first public presentation of the MPS Army pistol.

This is a weapon designed specifically to meet the needs of the military. The shape and angle of the polymer, interchangeable grip mounted onto the pistol’s frame have been modified. The grip undercut has also been changed, and an extended beavertail has been added. The trigger module was redesigned as well, including a differently contoured trigger. These solutions significantly change the way the pistol is held and may influence shooting technique.

What is worth noting is that at the FB Radom booth an MPS pistol was displayed with a micro-red-dot sight mounted using a metal adapter plate produced independently of Fabryka Broni (which provides polymer plates in the standard set). This demonstrates that the aftermarket for accessories produced outside the official distribution network took off immediately after the MPS went on sale.
The new variant of the MPS is being developed to meet the requirements of soldiers during battlefield use. It is the second model in the MPS family presented by Fabryka Broni. However, as MILMAG has learned, the Radom manufacturer will continue expanding its line of striker-fired pistols. After the compact model released for sale, we can expect a full-size version in the future, with a barrel allowing the installation of various muzzle devices, such as compensators or sound moderators ( MPS now available! ).

Another new product presented at the Fabryka Broni booth was the MSBS Grot rifle featuring an ergonomically improved 40 mm GP underbarrel grenade launcher. An additional grip overlay is intended to make operating the grenade launcher easier. Soldiers of the 6th Airborne Brigade are interested in the bullpup-configured MSBS Grot rifles, as they are looking for a weapon with a 16-inch barrel but dimensions similar to carbines with shortened barrels. This solution allows compact size to be combined with higher muzzle energy. Additionally, the underbarrel grenade launcher increases firepower.

The anniversary booth of Fabryka Broni also featured historical highlights. The Radom manufacturer presented the first functional models of MSBS rifles, both in the classic configuration and in the bullpup configuration
