The NewConnect-listed studio The Farm 51 and Prodron have signed a letter of intent to cooperate on the implementation of the project Advanced Combat Drone Simulation Environment Under Electronic Warfare Conditions (Unreal Engine 5). This intention to work jointly with a leading Polish manufacturer of micro-class drones represents another deliberate step in The Farm 51’s long-term development strategy in the field of unmanned technologies and AI-supported systems.

The signing of the letter of intent is a natural continuation of The Farm 51’s earlier activities in the unmanned technologies domain, including the recently announced intention to cooperate with BEST DRIVER on scalable training and research solutions for unmanned ground vehicles. Both projects fit into the company’s updated strategy, which envisions building a second strategic business pillar based on drone technologies and AI-supported systems.
“The new letter of intent is an important step for us in the long-term development of competencies, an expert team and resources that will allow us to effectively pursue projects with high implementation potential. Cooperation with Prodron gives us the opportunity to combine our experience in simulation and interactive technologies with our partner’s practical know-how in unmanned aerial systems. We believe that together we can deliver solutions that meet the current needs of the market,” said Wojciech Pazdur, CEO of The Farm 51 Group.
Under the letter of intent, the partners declare their cooperation in developing the implementation framework for the simulator, expanding business channels, and preparing the project execution model. The next stage will involve signing an agreement that will define the detailed terms of cooperation.
“We expect that the new Polish drone simulator, built on the Unreal Engine 5 graphics engine, will enable realistic training and simulations of operations in electronic warfare conditions. The project directly addresses real market needs and represents a tool with high implementation potential for the defence, public, educational, and even commercial sectors,” adds Tomasz Siwy, CEO of Prodron.
The Gliwice-based studio is currently conducting a Series L share issue in a rights offering reserved for existing shareholders. Subscriptions are being accepted from 17 to 28 November. The goal of the issuance is to raise up to 11.5 million PLN by offering a maximum of 1,153,913 shares at an issue price of 10.00 PLN per share. The funds raised will be allocated to the marketing campaign for Chernobylite 2 and the continued development of innovative dual-use drone projects. The information memorandum for the offering is available on the company’s website and on the website of Dom Maklerski BDM.
