The new L3Harris Warsaw office will host teams focused on business development, program management, field services, and systems engineering, creating a multifunctional center that provides local support for the Polish Armed Forces’ modernization priorities. The facility is intended to bring L3Harris closer to its customers, government partners, and industry stakeholders, underscoring the company’s commitment to supporting NATO allies in Central and Eastern Europe.
This location expands the company’s regional footprint, which also includes a facility in Katowice for the production of sensors and electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) systems, a maintenance and repair center in Czernica in cooperation with Military Communications Works No. 2 (WZŁ-2), as well as ongoing cooperation with the Military University of Technology (WAT).

Centralny węzeł w sercu Warszawy
“This office represents more than 25 years of partnership in the defense of Poland and moves us closer to our customers and decision-makers,” said Sam Mehta, President, Communication Systems, L3Harris. “The security environment in Europe today requires companies like ours to be present, agile and deeply engaged with customers on the ground. By investing in Warsaw, we’re ensuring the Polish Armed Forces and surrounding allies have responsive, interoperable systems they need to succeed against adversaries.”
The Warsaw location serves as a bridge between L3Harris’s global expertise and its local partnerships in Poland. According to David Taubman, L3Harris Technologies’ Regional Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe, the site was chosen specifically for its proximity and easy access to key stakeholders.
“This office is truly a multi-functional hub,” said Taubman. “Our team here will deliver on every aspect of support, from responding to urgent customer needs, ensuring program execution or integrating our solutions into broader defense systems.”
Strengthening our partnership with Poland, we’ve opened a new office in Warsaw that will serve as a central business hub for regional support.
