HSW will showcase the new Borsuk Amphibious Infantry Fighting Vehicle. Borsuk (“Badger”) is currently the most advanced IFV in its class. During the exhibition, it is presented in a combat version and equipped with a 30 mm Remote-Controlled Turret System (ZSSW-30)—this is the latest, highly specialized product developed at Huta Stalowa Wola as a result of successful collaboration between the Polish state-owned and private industries.
For the first time at the exhibition, visitors will be able to see vehicle proposals that will enhance the combat capabilities of the Rocket and Artillery Forces in the future: the 4×4 Waran vehicle configured as an Artillery Command Vehicle, and the Command Vehicle for the Homar-K launcher, built on a 6×6 Heron chassis.
A new feature at this year’s MSPO exhibition will be the prototype of the M120 mortar turret installed on the Borsuk tracked chassis, as well as a proposal for the military—a Medical Evacuation Vehicle on a Light Tracked Chassis (LPG).
At the HSW booth in Hall C, the self-propelled howitzer Krab will also be showcased. This is one of HSW’s most renowned products, which has gained a reputation as a reliable artillery system in operations conducted by the Ukrainian army. The howitzer is capable of firing any 155 mm caliber ammunition developed in accordance with the NATO ballistic agreement. The gun’s range can exceed 40 km, depending on the ammunition used. The howitzer also has the capability to conduct direct fire within a 360-degree range.
In the outdoor area in front of Hall C, Huta Stalowa Wola, Autosan Division in Sanok, will showcase the KW1C Workshop Container, which can serve as an independent workshop supporting ongoing repairs and maintenance of military equipment, even in the most demanding field conditions.
