Sarsilmaz is a Turkish firearms manufacturer with a diverse catalog that includes machine guns, automatic rifles, submachine guns, shotguns, semi-automatic pistols, and revolvers. Its products are also available in Poland through the Polski Holding Obronny (PHO). The EnforceTac 2025 trade fair provided an excellent opportunity to explore its offerings.

Handguns can be divided into two subtypes—designs based on the CZ 75 and striker-fired pistols. In both categories, visitors had the opportunity to explore a wide range of variants—from heavy, long sport models, to standard service pistols, and compact concealed-carry handguns. Among the semi-automatic pistols, the SAR9, K12, B6, and K2 series were showcased. Alongside them, the SR 38 revolver family was also presented (detailed below).
A new addition to the handgun lineup is the SAR 7/24 family of semi-automatic pistols (9mm x 19 Parabellum), consisting of three models. While maintaining the same grip height, they differ in barrel length. These designs are derived from the CZ 75 and feature sport-oriented characteristics, including a Trijicon RMR red dot sight mount on the slide and an integrated magwell for improved reloading efficiency.
Among the long guns, both automatic rifles and machine guns were showcased. Visitors had the opportunity to examine several variants of the 5.56mm SAR 56 rifle and the 7.62mm MPT76 rifle—both derivatives of the AR-15/AR-10 platform. In contrast, the SAR 15 rifle family, based on the AK platform, was also on display. A standout piece was a light machine gun clearly inspired by the FightLite MCR.
The left side of the booth was dedicated to heavier belt-fed weapons, including the 7.62mm SAR762 machine gun, the 12.7mm SAR127 heavy machine gun, and the 5.56mm SAR556 machine gun. The SAR556, in particular, serves as an equivalent to modern variants of the FN Minimi and features a adjustable stock, a rail on the receiver cover, a gas system guard with rails, and a folding front sight.
In summary, the Sarsilmaz booth had something for every visitor. The manufacturer’s catalog includes almost every type of military firearm, with a strong emphasis on Western-style designs. In addition to products aimed at institutional buyers, the company also showcased firearms designed for sport shooters and concealed carry. The entire product lineup can be explored on the manufacturer’s official website.
