The value of the order amounts to nearly 8 billion PLN gross. The detailed scope of the agreement includes the delivery, between 2027 and 2028, of support equipment for 9 Division Fire Modules (DFM) of K9 Thunder howitzers, provided by the Polish defense industry.
The contract value also covers the implementation of training as part of the training package and the delivery of components included in the logistics package.
The contract also includes equipping the acquired vehicles with, among other systems, satellite navigation systems and the Polish Topaz command and control system. The agreement also envisions the development of a Technical Support Vehicle based on the Krab self-propelled howitzer chassis for equipping self-propelled artillery units.
