On Wednesday, July 17, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom (part of the Polish Armaments Group, PGZ) concluded the competitions for the positions of chairman of the board and two executive board members of the company. The proceedings were announced on July 8, following the dismissal of the previous CEO, Dr. Wojciech Arndt, on June 10.

Seweryn Figurski was appointed as the chairman of the board and assumed his duties on the date of the resolution, July 17, 2024.
Daniel Wilk and Jakub Czułba were appointed as executive board members. The new board members began their duties on July 17, 2024.
President Seweryn Figurski (born 1978) is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the Kazimierz Pułaski University of Technology and Humanities in Radom. He has completed numerous training courses in the fields of commerce, marketing, and management. He has over a decade of experience in the defense industry, including international arms trade, and possesses competencies in running a business focused on the production and trade of explosives, weapons, ammunition, and products intended for military or police purposes.
From 2012 to 2013, he held the position of head of the sales and procurement office at Bumar Amunicja. Previously, from 2003 to 2012, he managed trade and marketing activities at Zakłady Produkcji Specjalnej.
Since 2013, he has been employed at the Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom, where he led trade and marketing activities from 2014 and served as the director of commerce from 2020. Subsequently, from May 2021, he was a member of the board, and from June 10 of this year, he served as acting CEO until the competition for the position was announced and concluded.
