On Wednesday, May 29, a delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led by Minister Radosław Sikorski, visited WB Electronics. The guests had the opportunity to see the latest solutions from the WB Group, including unmanned systems, and to familiarize themselves with the wide range of products developed to enhance Poland’s security.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs plays a significant role in supporting the export of the Polish industry. Poland possesses technologically advanced military products that have been tested and appreciated by users in the most challenging war conditions. In cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, these solutions should be a key element of Poland’s offerings to the countries in the region.
“We see the significant role of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led by Minister Radosław Sikorski, in building the security system of our region and in supporting the export activities of WB Group companies,” said Piotr Wojciechowski, President of the WB Group, during the meeting.
In the discussion with representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, attention was drawn to Poland’s leading position as the largest country in the region. Poland is continuously increasing the capabilities of its armed forces. The country not only has significant production capacities but is also a technology leader in many industries. Promoting proven products translates into an increase in national potential.
“The visit of representatives from Polish diplomacy is a signal to us that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will actively support efforts to strengthen industrial cooperation ties between leading entities in our region. We live in a time of threat, and it has become crucial to build a shared industrial potential and cooperate for security,” added Piotr Wojciechowski.
The conflict beyond the eastern border has demonstrated how unifying military equipment and creating joint training centers can benefit regional security. This significantly accelerates the delivery of products and reduces the time required to prepare users to operate advanced systems. This is confirmed by the delivery of solutions to Ukraine that were previously introduced and already familiar to soldiers.
“The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has a broad perspective on regional security issues. The common goal of diplomacy and the Polish industry is to support the countries that are currently most at risk. Bonds formed during the most challenging times are usually strong and last for many years,” said the President of the WB Group.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs helps in building connections and the industrial base of the region. It provides great support in implementing joint projects within the European Union. The active efforts of Polish diplomacy are indispensable for success in obtaining European funds for the expansion of modern manufacturing capabilities in the defense industry.
