On Wednesday, June 25, 2025, the Supervisory Board of Zakłady Mechaniczne Tarnów (ZMT), a company within the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ), announced the results of the recruitment process for the positions of President of the Management Board and two Members of the Management Board for the 11th term.

The recruitment process for the positions of President and two Members of the Management Board was announced on June 3, 2025.
According to the published announcement:
- Marek Karabuła has been appointed President of the Management Board for the 11th term,
- Wojciech Patoła and Tadeusz Kwiatkowski have been appointed Members of the Management Board for the 11th term.
It is worth noting that all three individuals have already held their respective positions since last year, following changes in the 10th term Management Board: Marek Karabuła since August 19, Wojciech Patoła since August 29, and Tadeusz Kwiatkowski since September 23.
