The deadline for submitting applications is March 4, 2024. Deliveries must commence no later than January 2, 2025, and the implementation period cannot exceed 34 months.

As stated, the functionalities of MBPR should include conducting reconnaissance in direct proximity to military forces, penetrating locations inaccessible to humans; transmitting data from reconnaissance sensors through wireless data transmission of audio and video signals to the operator’s console; moving in various terrains, including dirt roads, paved roads, off-road, and open and urban terrains (overcoming obstacles such as rubble, ramps, stairs, curbs); and the ability to open doors. The MBPR design should allow for transport in the troop compartments of military vehicles and be carried by a single soldier.

It is worth noting that on December 27, 2021, the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements PIAP completed the deliveries of 35 Mobile Reconnaissance Robots – Engineering Robot model 1806.
