The new 4×4 platform is planned for production in Poland. It will be offered in a number of Polish Armed Forces’ procurement programmes, as well as on third markets.
The new 4×4 vehicle could meet the requirement of Poland’s missile and artillery units, within which it could be fielded as a new command vehicle within rocket artillery regiments equipped with WR-40 Langusta self-propelled multiple rocket launchers or the future artillery regiments armed with 155-mm wheeled, self-propelled Kryl howitzer, which is still in the development phase.
‘We specialize in the production of artillery systems. In this segment, we have developed a strategy of offering the Ordering Party complete fire modules, which we create in cooperation with companies belonging to the PGZ Group and the private industry, such as the WB Group. Obtaining the rights to produce a 4×4 vehicle in Poland significantly expands our ability to provide the Polish Armed Forces with solutions tailored to their needs in artillery programs and more.’ said Bartłomiej Zając, President of the Board, Huta Stalowa Wola.
