On Tuesday, September 8, 2026, the first day of the 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO 2026) at Targi Kielce, AMZ-Kutno signed an agreement with Turkish company Aselsan concerning a joint project for additional ARSUS Reconnaissance and Surveillance Systems. The companies will continue their joint development efforts, advancing high-technology solutions, while the Turkish side will further develop its local office, ongoing projects and cooperation with Polish industrial partners.

On November 15, 2024, Aselsan announced that it had signed a 16.632 million EUR contract (68.29 million PLN at the time) with AMZ-Kutno for the delivery of radar and electro-optical systems for the LOTR Kleszcz. On September 2, 2025, the first day of the 33rd MSPO, the companies signed an agreement to expand their cooperation.
Details of the agreement were not disclosed at the time, but it likely covered 286 systems for all vehicles planned to be ordered under the LOTR Kleszcz framework agreement of February 28, 2024, with deliveries scheduled to continue until 2035. The first implementing contract, signed on August 14, 2024 and worth approximately 800 million PLN, covers the delivery of the first batch of 28 vehicles from 2026. On May 29 this year, under the SAFE program, a second implementing contract was signed for another 24 vehicles. The first LOTR Kleszcz vehicles were presented during the Polish Armed Forces Day parade in Warsaw on August 15 this year.
Meanwhile, on November 3, 2025, the Turkish company announced the delivery of the first ARSUS 100 mast-mounted reconnaissance system.

In accordance with the requirements of the Polish Ministry of National Defence, the LOTR Kleszcz was to be equipped, among other systems, with reconnaissance assets such as a tactical battlefield surveillance radar and an electro-optical sensor head. This is intended to enable the dynamic and continuous acquisition and collection of information on the adversary and the operational environment, as well as its processing and transmission in the form of reconnaissance data to higher command echelons.
ARSUS 100 is a compact reconnaissance system mounted on a stabilized mast, combining a long-range radar with an EO/IR electro-optical sensor head for day and night operation, as well as a dead-reckoning navigation system. These systems are used for target detection, identification, automatic tracking, and real-time streaming of video, audio and data. This provides precise coordinates for fire support, enabling the vehicle to operate as a forward observer within digital command-and-control (C2) networks. The system also supports interfaces with C4I-class systems, enabling the rapid dissemination of intelligence between different levels of command.

It was developed based on experience gained with the ATEŞ mobile border security system (Mobil Sınır Güvenlik Sisteminin), developed for Turkish domestic services under a 2019 contract with the Turkish Ministry of Interior. In the first phase, 37 vehicle-mounted systems were ordered, with an option to increase the number to 57 in the second phase, for a total value of approximately 30 million EUR. The system consists of a radar, thermal imaging camera and electro-optical sensors for integrated short-, medium- and long-range surveillance by day and night and in all weather conditions. It monitors and records detected objects, marking their positions with geographic coordinates on digital terrain maps. The systems were deployed along Turkey’s borders with Greece and Bulgaria.
